Patricia Nemore is a senior policy attorney in the Washington, DC office of the Center for Medicare Advocacy. Ms. Nemore has been an advocate for older people and people with disabilities seeking health care for more than thirty -five years. Her practice has focused on Medicare, Medicaid and long-term care, with special emphasis on issues of importance to those dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid. Ms. Nemore's recent work focuses on the dual eligible integration programs being spearheaded by the federal Medicare and Medicaid Coordination Office as well as issues affecting low-income Medicare beneficiaries' access to and use of the Medicare Part D Low Income Subsidy and the Medicare Savings Programs. She has published articles and reports on these subjects as well as having been engaged in individual advocacy, class action litigation and legislative and administrative advocacy at the national level. She graduated from the Columbus School of Law of the Catholic University of America. Ms. Nemore is a member of the District of Columbia Bar (Inactive).
