The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) published its proposed annual update to Medicare Part A payments for skilled nursing facilities at 90 Fed. Reg.18590 (Apr. 30, 2025), indicating that comments were due June 30, 2025. On May 21, 2025, at 90 Fed. Reg. 21715, CMS revised the date that public comments are due: now, June 10, 2025.
