This webinar features staff from CT Congressional and Senate offices who help untangle some problems residents face – particularly with Medicare, Medicaid, the Affordable Care Act and Social Security. Panelists discuss how and when to contact Congressional representatives, what to reasonably expect for help, and what documents and other preparations can facilitate an individual’s inquiry. We also explore how, if at all, House of Rep. constituent services differ from the Senate’s, how the offices interact, and where individuals should start their request for assistance.
