Rachel Oest is an Attorney in the Center for Medicare Advocacy’s Connecticut office. She provides legal assistance on Medicare appeals, focusing on issues related to low-income and dually eligible Medicare beneficiaries and due process. She also assists with the Center’s outreach and education efforts. Before joining the Center, Ms. Oest clerked with the Alaska Court System at the trial and appellate levels.
Ms. Oest graduated from Mercyhurst University in 2014 and received her law degree from Vermont Law School in 2018. She is a member of the Alaska Bar.
