The Center for Medicare Advocacy, together with Justice in Aging, Medicare Rights Center and National Council on Aging, drafted an organizational sign-on letter in response to the CMS RFI on Medicare Advantage Data. The letter focuses on equity and encompasses three major areas: 1. the need for data on beneficiary access, including networks, prior authorization, and denials; 2. data issues around dually eligible individuals; and 3. the need for additional enrollment data, including data on enrollee demographics and Medicare Savings Program status. The letter is open for groups to add their organization’s name by Friday, May 24th at 5 PM EST.
