Sheri Denkensohn, JD is a 41-year quadriplegic. Sheri attended the University at Albany, received her law degree at the Georgetown University Law Center, and worked for the Federal Government for 25 years, 19 years at the US Department of Health and Human Services.
Sheri is a passionate disability advocate. She served for 6 years on the Board of her local Center for Independent Living and is a Regional Champion and blogger with the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation. Sheri is an Ambassador, American Cancer Society, Women’s Health Ambassador, US Department of Health and Human Services, and a breast cancer survivor. Sheri and her husband Tony founded Happy on Wheels, LLC, and reside in Arlington, Virginia.
