Ms. Edelman has long been a driving force behind stronger protections and better care for nursing home residents, shaping national policy through advocacy with CMS, Congress, and landmark legal action. Her passion and tenacity for quality care, effective oversight, and protection of rights for nursing home residents are unparalleled and serve as a model for all those who have followed.
