The Center for Medicare Advocacy and the National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare submitted comments on CMS-6098-NC, the Request for Information (RFI) Related to Comprehensive Regulations To Uncover Suspicious Healthcare (CRUSH). Comments were limited to one of two issues raised, Modifications to Program Integrity Requirements, and nursing homes. In addition, CMA joined the Disability and Aging Collaborative and the Consortium for Constituents with Disabilities in their response to this RFI.
