Livanta is now Commence Health
Beneficiary and Family-Centered Care Quality Improvement Organizations (BFCC-QIOs) help Medicare beneficiaries with their concerns about quality of care, and in filing an appeal if coverage is ending too soon.
As of August 18, 2025, the BFCC-QIO formerly known as Livanta, LLC is officially Commence Health. Commence Health’s service areas include the following CMS Regions:
- Region 2: NJ; NY; Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands;
- Region 3: DE; MD; PA; VA; WV; DC;
- Region 5: IL; IN; MI; MN; OH; WI;
- Region 7: IA; KS; MO; NE; and
- Region 9: AZ; CA; HI; NV; American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands.
